Our story
Alpha First Care was founded with a clear purpose: to create genuinely supportive homes for young people who need more than just a roof over their heads. We recognised a gap in provision for young people leaving care, seeking asylum, or facing homelessness young people who needed stability, consistency, and someone in their corner.
Based in Swindon, we provide supported accommodation that combines safe, comfortable housing with a structured programme of key worker support, life skills development, and access to education and employment. Every young person who comes through our doors is treated as an individual, with a personalised support plan built around their unique needs and goals.
We work closely with local authorities, social workers, and leaving care teams to ensure seamless placements and consistent communication throughout. Our homes are staffed by experienced, compassionate professionals who are committed to helping young people thrive.
